If you live, work, worship or attend school in Williamson or Maury County, Tennessee, you are eligible for membership with the
Family Advantage Federal Credit Union.
How Do I Join?
- Complete membership application**. CLICK HERE to download and print our application.
- If mailing in your membership card please ensure that you send copies of 2 forms of ID (one being a government issued picture ID and one other form of ID) please have all signature notarized.
- Make an initial deposit of $26.00* to the share account (savings).
- You are now eligible for the many financial benefits of membership
*$1.00 of the initial deposit is a non-refundable membership fee.
**Print out this form and mail, fax or drop the form off with two forms of identification. The Patriot Act requires us to identify all persons wishing to open an account with proper identification. Proper identification would include a valid government issued identification such as a drivers license or passport plus one other form of ID.
